Terms of Service
These terms cover use of ReviewDesk Pro (reviewdeskpro.com), a new small-business service. By contacting us or buying a service, you agree to them.
The service
We provide the services described on the website. Features, turnaround times, and pricing may change as the product develops. We will confirm scope and price before you pay.
Payments
When online checkout is enabled, payments will be processed by Stripe (or another processor we name). Until then, email us to start. Fees shown on the site are in US dollars unless noted. Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information needed for the work.
- Do not ask us to create fake reviews, misleading claims, or anything illegal.
- You keep ownership of your accounts, listings, and brand assets; you grant us the access needed only to deliver the work you requested.
Refunds
Where a refund policy is stated on the product page (for example a revision or listing refund), that policy applies. Setup fees for done-for-you work are generally non-refundable once work has started, unless we fail to deliver as described.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee rankings, sales, review volume, or client response rates. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ReviewDesk Pro's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.
